All is perfect on the island of Utopia – well Utopian! But, King Paramount wants to improve the situation by modelling it the ‘Great and Glorious Country called Great Britain.

But the real power-base lies with two wise men Scaphio and Phantis, this unscrupulous pair control the King. The King follows their lead or risks being blown up by the Public Exploder! A representative deputation from Great Britain arrive to put things into English order. This culminates in the King floating Utopia as a Registered Company.

As ever, things do not turn out well. With everything running in perfect order, lawyers are out of work, doctors have nothing to do, no wars to fight…but then they all discover one element of British life is missing; Government by Party – with one party dutifully undoing what the other has done…some things never change.
